This rune stone is from the Isle of Man, an island between Ireland and England. It also has some ogham.

(December 2, 2024) This important texts shows the transition from Latin letter style to Old/Middle Irish. Specifically it is located at: Knoc y Doonee, Kirk Andreas, Isle of Man and given the number of CIIC 500.
The text is translated from Runic (Druid) Akkadian as:
David Sifter informs us that these sorts of runestones are found in Ireland, Wales, Cornwall, Devon and in other parts England, and across all of Scotland up to Shetland. This bilingual inscription is one of 8 ogham stones from the Isle of Man.
‘here lies Ammecatus son of Rocatus’
This stone also has some ogham but they are to eroded to make a good translation.
