The top image has traditionally and incorrectly been interpreted as a Christian Chi-Ro sign but the cross is not an "X" as seen on a Chi-Ro. This sign instead has an equilateral Druid cross meaning "astrology-magic" superimposed onto the letter "P" on the top which means "Open" in Druid Akkadian. So this sign really means "Open Astrology Magic" and this goes along with the text which talks about how life powers can aid astrology magic.
